To Mega Evolve a Pokemon that was caught at Mega Level to Mega Level 4 by Mega Evolving it once per day, you will need ( + + + ) = Mega Energy.

At Mega Energy per raid, you will need to do at least raids.

It will take days to get to Mega Level 3 by Mega Evolving once per day.

Cooldown Path (free cooldown and raid for Mega Level 4)

To Mega Evolve a Pokemon that was caught at Mega Level to Mega Level 4 by Mega Evolving for free after each cooldown period, you will need ( + ) = Mega Energy.

At Mega Energy per raid, you will need to do at least raids.

It will take days to get to Mega Level 3 by Mega Evolving after each cooldown.

Free Path (free cooldown and walk for Mega Level 4)

To Mega Evolve a Pokemon that was caught at Mega Level to Mega Level 4 by Mega Evolving for free and walking with it as your buddy, you will need Mega Energy from raids.

At Mega Energy per raid, you will need to do at least raid(s) (including the raid for the caught Pokemon) and Mega Evolve at least once (to enable walking Mega Energy).

It will take days to get to Mega Level 3 by Mega Evolving after each cooldown.

It will take an additional Mega Energy to Mega Evolve to Mega Level 4. At Mega Energy per km, the additional Mega Energy will take km of walking. At km per day, the km of walking will take days.

Note: You can only get Mega Energy for walking up to 40km in a 24-hour period.
